ArcCorp Neon Noodles Recipe
Ingredients:
200g of rice noodles
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup of shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1 bunch of hydroponic bok choy, chopped (or substitute with baby spinach)
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, grated
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Optional: Protein of choice (tofu, chicken, or shrimp)
Garnish: Chopped green onions and sesame seeds
Instructions:
Cook the Noodles:
Start by cooking the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Once they’re done, drain and set them aside.
Prepare the Stir-Fry:
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until they release their fragrant aroma.
Add the Vegetables:
Toss in the sliced red and yellow bell peppers along with the shiitake mushrooms. Stir frequently until the vegetables begin to soften. If you’re adding a protein, like chicken or shrimp, now’s the time to cook it through.
Incorporate the Greens:
Add the chopped bok choy to the pan and cook until it just begins to wilt. The greens will add a nice contrast to the dish with their vibrant color and fresh taste.
Combine and Serve:
Add the cooked rice noodles to the pan, followed by the soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
Garnish and Enjoy:
Garnish your ArcCorp Neon Noodles with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds for that final touch. Serve immediately and enjoy the burst of flavors and colors!
This dish is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a special meal with friends, especially when you want to impress with something as striking as it is tasty. The combination of fresh vegetables, savory soy sauce, and fragrant ginger and garlic makes this dish a winner every time.
