Our Heritage
HCN was born in the late 29th century during a period of rapid expansion. Frontier communities often found themselves isolated, starved of reliable information and cultural lifelines. Responding to this need, the Humanitarian Logistics Network expanded its charter to include a dedicated civilian broadcast arm.
What began as a handful of system relays has grown into a galaxy-spanning network, uniting billions of citizens through a shared cultural signal. From the political halls of Terra to the wind-swept settlements of Oiso II, HCN remains a constant companion.
